Thanks for stopping by again.

“Your paradigm is so intrinsic to your mental process that you are hardly aware of its existence, until you try to communicate with someone with a different paradigm.”

It's a People Business

It's a People Business

This is not the one-liner intended to get attention. It is an honest review of what my activities are motivated by.

Here’s the deal:

I market two distinct and separate things:

1.The products that my company produces, and
2.The right to market the products that my company produces.

How do I do it?

I am on the lookout for people who meet the following criteria:

1.First and foremost, people who need or want one or both of these things.
2.For those who want to join me in the business:

1.This is a people business, so I look for people, who love people.
2.Since there is work involved, candidates should be self-motivated and looking for a change:

1.They must accept that change will require effort and
2.They should be open enough to at least be willing to scrutinize themselves and their current circumstances honestly.
3.One more thing – I look fro people who want to make money!

3.When I find people like this, I try and get to know them well enough to find out whether the business model and opportunity I have are a fit for them, and whether we would like to work together.

And Now, the Fun and Games Begin

If we do have a match, I sponsor them, and begin the duplication process: teaching them the marketing skills, communication skills and personal development style that they will need in order to succeed.
This is what I do, and it has allowed me to adopt a lifestyle in which I am the boss who decides who I work with, when I work and how much I work; and above all, I am happy with what I do!
